Our Heartbeat: The RIDEE Values

At Regcos Christian Academy, we don’t just teach—we anchor our aspirations in a set of core values that push us to go beyond expectations. Our daily life and culture are built on the RIDEE framework:

E – Exhibit God’s Love: This is our ultimate compass. We show unconditional love in every action, creating a sanctuary of grace and kindness.

R – Responsibility: We lead by example. We are accountable for our actions and perform our duties with a commitment that inspires our learners to do the same.

I – Integrity: Honesty is our foundation. We uphold the highest ethical standards in every interaction, ensuring a transparent and trustworthy environment.

D – Dependability: We are your reliable partners in education. You can count on us to be consistent, present, and dedicated to your child’s growth.

E – Excellence: “Good enough” isn’t in our vocabulary. We strive for greatness in all we do, constantly raising the bar for our staff and students alike.

Going Beyond: The “Six Kinds of Best”

To bring our core value of Exhibiting God’s Love to life, we incorporate a unique character-building program called “The Six Kinds of Best.” Integrated directly into the Zambian National Curriculum, this framework empowers our students to grow into well-rounded, compassionate citizens.

We encourage every Regcos student to be:
